Supercol Mixing Guidelines – For 400ml Serve

Consistency

Coats fork & quickly sinks through (consistency of apricot nectar)

Select liquid to be mixed

Place 400 ml liquid in a container (jug , glass etc) or in a shaker with screw lid

Use a standard teaspoon

Sprinkle half a teaspoon (2 grams) slowly but steadily whilst stirring the liquid vigorously

Sprinkle one teaspoon (4 grams) slowly but steadily whilst stirring the liquid vigorously

Sprinkle one & a half a teaspoons (6 grams) slowly but steadily whilst stirring the liquid vigorously

If using a fork, whisk or stick blender

Mix for no more than 30 seconds

If using a shaker (not recommended for hot drinks)

Add liquid first and then add recommended amount of Supercol. Screw lid on tightly and shake vigorously for 20 seconds (or until powder is dissolved)

Let mixture stand briefly for maximum results

Mixing Tips

girl-teaspoonTo avoid lumps forming when adding Supercol to a liquid it needs to be added slowly. The powder should be sprinkled onto the liquid whilst stirring vigorously. Use a fork or whisk for stirring. Do not use a spoon.

Alternatively the required amount of Supercol can be mixed in a shaker. The best results will be achieved using a stick blender.
